Work continues on the Lebanon Middle School.  The 105,000 square foot building with capacity for 600 students will include 30 classrooms, a cafeteria/kitchen with seating for 200, a gymnasium with bleachers and stage, a biomass heating plant, and more....
Trumbull-Nelson Vermont Law School

In June of this year, Trumbull-Nelson began work on a 14,750 square foot construction project, the Center for Legal Studies, for Vermont Law School in South Royalton, VT. The work includes renovation to 7,000 square feet of space in a building located at 190 Chelsea Street, which had previously housed a bakery. The renovation is focused upon increasing energy efficiency.

Trumbull-Nelson Veterans operations Center

Trumbull-Nelson is completing work in Tilton, NH on the Veterans Home's new Operations Center.  The Center is a freestanding structure connected to the existing facility by way of a corridor adjacent to the building's kitchen. It will be used for shipping and receiving, kitchen, toilet/shower facilities, and conference rooms. The new area will improve operational efficiency, and will be used as an Emergency Operations Center in case of long term utility outages at the facility or as a resource in the event of severe weather conditions. The work is schedule for completion in December.

Trumbull-Nelson Hartford Information Center

Construction of the new I-91 Southbound Hartford Information Center is progressing to meet an end of year completion. The 5,000 square foot facility will offer visitors information, traffic news and rest rooms. The Project includes a significant amount of site work related to parking requirements, and highway access.  

Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company has begun work on the Lyndon Waste Water Treatment Facility Upgrade Project.   Trumbull-Nelson will be working closely with Leach Engineering Consultants to oversee the Projects successful completion.

The Lyndon Waste Water Treatment Facility Upgrade will enable the plant to operate more effectively and to maintain compliance with its State operating permit.  The approved waste water treatment plant upgrade will include adding a 42,000 gallon holding tank and a septic holding system.  Upgrades to the existing facility include construction of several new buildings: electrical/control, blower, waste sludge transfer, septage receiving, and dewatered sludge storage buildings.  When the upgrade of the facility is complete, the waste water treatment facility will probably not need another upgrade for up to 20 years.

Trumbull-Nelson has started work on the Vergennes Panton Water District - No. 1 Water Treatment Facility Improvements Project.  Trumbull-Nelson will be working closely with Vermont based Otter Creek Engineering to oversee the projects successful completion.

The Vergennes-Panton water facility project will allow the plant to take surface water from Lake Champlain, process, filter it, and then provide safe, clean, drinkable, excellent water for its customers located in Vergennes and Panton.  When the upgrade of the facility is complete, the water plant will be able to treat up to 1 million gallons of water daily.
